Respected Hakeem Sahib, Assalamo Alikum! Alhamdulillah I have been associated with the tasbee khana for the last couple of years. Listening to your Daars and try practicing the amals you mention. My life is peaceful due to my association with the tasbee khana, my heart and my thinking has changed. I am narrating my feelings. Respected hakeem sahib, I feel like burning myself or eating poison and the reason is the television. Through your daars/magazines you have brought people towards “tasbee” and “amal” and helped them abandon their sinful life. Ever since I have changed, my family akes fun of me and I am heavy hearted. Please give me an ‘amal’, ‘chilla’ or something to (burn) get rid of the television. My sisters, mother and elder brother constantly watch vulgar songs/films/dramas together, which is a torture for me. I am ashamed to put on paper all that is happening in my home. My sisters are going wayward with their dressing, the way they talk and act. I am ashamed of all this, their behavior, the shows and videos they watch. Please advise me of an ‘amal’ to burn this television or myself. I will go to any lengths, even if I have to do ‘chilla’ in the graveyard! I will do that. If there is no ‘amal’ to stop this then pray I become the same person I use to be before I started coming to the tasbee khana and listening to your Dars because all the change in me has come due to my association with the ‘tasbee khana’ and ‘dars’.
